As we age, energy production declines. Our ability is directly correlated with how well we use oxygen. Using fat as a fuel is ideal and is a sign of conditioning. There are many diets for weight loss; we fail because we have cravings we cannot control. Dr. Cutler thinks we don't digest food well because of enzyme deficiencies. By taking enzymes with a meal, cravings decrease.

Hospitals are experiencing financial challenges because people are unemployed and don't have insurance. They have to accept emergencies and sometimes cannot get reimbursed for what they spend. Delivering health care for more people will only make the problem worse for hospitals as reimbursements will be going down.
