Supplementing your child's diet with essential fatty acids, enrolling them in pre-school, and engaging them in interactive reading can increase their IQ by 3-10 or more points according to a study published in Perspectives on Psychological Science in January of 2013.
Supplementing pregnant women and newborns with essential fatty acids were found to boost kids IQ points by 3.5. Enrolling disadvantaged kids in preschool was found to increase IQ by 4 to 7 points. If the school included language development IQs were increased by 7 points. Interactive reading increased IQ by 6 points.
Obviously, there's a lot we can do to increase the IQ of our children!
